Data Center Power Portal

My approach to getting up to speed quickly, taking ownership, and helping move data center power projects from utility engagement to energization.

I created this portal to demonstrate how I would approach the Director, Electric Utilities role. It brings together my 30-60-90 day plan, a practical Playbook, and a fictional project portfolio focused on the questions that matter most: how much power, by when, at what cost, with what risks, and what decisions need to be made.

Intent: Learn quickly, contribute from day one, and take increasing ownership as I build context and relationships.
