30-60-90 Day Plan

Learn & Contribute → Build Ownership → Own & Deliver

My approach to the first 90 days: learn STACK's business quickly, contribute from day one, and take increasing ownership as I build context and relationships.

Guiding Principle: Learn quickly, contribute from day one, take increasing ownership, and improve things only where experience shows it will add value.

Operating FrameworkMW | Date | Cost | Risk | Decision

  1. Days 1–30 — Learn & Contribute

    Goal

Understand the portfolio, priorities, utility relationships, commitments, and how the team works, while contributing immediately where I can.

    Actions

    • Align with the VP and key Development leaders on priorities, expectations, and near-term needs.
    • Learn the active utility portfolio: MW requirements, delivery targets, utility forecasts, project status, commitments, risks, and upcoming milestones.
    • Build relationships with internal teams, utility counterparts, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
    • Review active studies, agreements, negotiations, financial commitments, critical paths, and existing project processes.
    • Understand how STACK evaluates power availability and certainty and how utility information feeds development decisions.
    • Step into active priorities where I can help, taking ownership where appropriate while continuing to build context.

    Success

I understand the priorities and active portfolio, have established the key working relationships, and am contributing to work that needs to move now.

  2. Days 31–60 — Build Ownership

    Goal

Take increasing ownership of assigned projects and utility relationships while continuing to deepen my understanding of STACK and its markets.

    Actions

    • Drive assigned utility activities, follow-ups, milestones, and open issues.
    • Take increasing responsibility for utility relationships and interconnection activities.
    • Review studies and utility proposals with a focus on available MW, delivery dates, required upgrades, cost, risk, and alternatives.
    • Support commercial discussions and contract reviews, with a clear understanding of STACK's commitments and exposure.
    • Work across Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, consultants, and utilities to keep projects moving.
    • Anticipate issues and bring forward options and recommendations, not just status updates.

    Success

I am taking ownership of assigned work, projects are moving forward, and issues are being surfaced early with clear next steps.

  3. Days 61–90 — Own & Deliver

    Goal

Operate with increasing independence across assigned projects and utility relationships and become a dependable owner of the work.

    Actions

    • Own assigned utility projects and relationships through their next major milestones.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of MW, delivery dates, costs, commitments, risks, and upcoming decisions.
    • Anticipate constraints, schedule risks, and commercial exposure early enough to evaluate alternatives.
    • Lead utility and cross-functional discussions within my responsibilities and escalate decisions when needed.
    • Bring issues to leadership with clear options and recommendations.
    • Where I see opportunities to improve something, discuss them with the VP and team before making changes.

    Success

I am independently driving assigned responsibilities, anticipating issues, and helping move projects toward their power and development objectives.
